Rubus hybrid 'Osage' PP26120 ~ Downhome Harvest® Osage Thornless Blackberry
Osage Thornless Blackberry is an easy care upright variety of the deciduous shrub with exceptionally sweet berries and long storage life. The pink-white rose-like flowers give way to clusters of large blackberries in summer that ripen in June. Fruits best in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. Osage's low chill requirement (45 F) makes it a good choice for the south. Excellent disease and pest resistance, but intolerant of wet soils. Type: Shrub Origins: East N.
