Variegated Maiden Grass is a graceful, silky clumping ornamental grass with a lovely fine-textured, green blades with rich creamy striping that appears white from a distance and turns yellow after frost. The red-tinted tassel like plumes bloom in late summer to fall and gradually turn white. Best color in full sun and moist well-drained soil. A beautiful grass for adding texture to perennial beds, borders, and massed grasses. Type: Orn.
