Monrovia® Ruffled Red Echeveria is a dramatic evergreen succulent that forms a loose rosette of heavy textured silver-green foliage with highly ruffled red edges.  Red-orange flowers bloom on a short stock that goes up in late summer.  Thrives in filtered sun and dry, well-drained soils.  Frost tender.
