Valynor Trident Maple is a small deciduous tree with tight vertical branching and exfoliating bark when mature. The triangular, three-lobed leaves are a deep glossy green above and pale green beneath and gain shades of russet red in fall. Non-showy, greenish-yellow flowers bloom in mid-spring. Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils. Drought, heat, and salt tolerant once established. Valynor is also very urban tolerant.
