600 Grit Sanding Discs

Serious Grit 600 grit wet/dry sanding discs are premium film-backed velcro discs designed to fit most 5" and 6" random orbital sanders and polishers with hook and loop backing pads. Our woodturning discs fit any 2" or 3" Velcro sanding pad.  This is a super fine grit, used for achieving a smooth, nearly polished finish on wood, metal, paint, or resin surfaces. Cabinet makers and professional finishers use 600 grit sandpaper for wet sanding between coats of paint or stain on cabinetry / doors and built-ins. It helps with bringing down any high spots or imperfections in the finish and prepping for final coats. Woodworkers also use 600 grit sanding discs when looking for an ultra smooth finish on wood or when sanding epoxy resin projects.
