Course Description  Alt employers should perform appropriate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) techniques to ensure employee safety. This course describes Process Hazard Analysis techniques as part of the Process Safety Management (PSM) series. Topics in this course include Controlling Process Hazards, PHA Methods, HAZOP Methods, FEMA Methods, FTA Methods, PHA Reports, and Implementation.   After completing this course, learners can identify a PHA and recognize the different PHAs a company can perform.  Course Objectives   Identity what a PHA is and the different types of PHAs a company can perform.
