Course Description After the Occupational Safety and Health Ace was passed in 1970, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) was established to help make our workplaces safer. This course examines the role of OSHA in promoting the health and safety of American workers as the employer and employee's rights and responsibilities.
