Offering a folky hand-painted fabric envelope that frames a photo of an earnest young couple, possibly on their wedding day. Based on their clothing, this piece dates to the early 1900s.  Measures: The frame is 7.5" x 5" and the opening for the photo is an oval that is 3.5" across. The surface of the frame is a wooly type fabric that is painted with a cheery red and green floral design. The back is a linen-type fabric that has rusty spots on it proving its age.  No clue who the couple is but the overall effect is charming enough to welcome them to your family. Rust spots on the back and minor darkening of the wool on the front. The stitching is intact.  SPECIFICS: Material: Wooly type fabric.
