Our Surface-Mounted Concealed Hinges are smooth, silent, sag free, and 6-way adjustable. These extra Heavy-Duty hinges exceed US ANSI-BFMA specifications by 100%. They fit full or half overlay and full inset doors and do not need hole boring or base-mounting plates. The hinges are available in 175° or 150° openings, and are constructed of hardened .082 Steel with a Nickel Plated or Statuary Bronze finish. Black or Brass finishes are available in quantity by special order. There is no inventory duplication and 45° mitered corners are possible! For normal use, door thickness can be up to 1", but where doors abut on adjoining cabinets, a maximum of 13/16" is recommended.
