Toffee, vanilla cream, orange peel, and wildflower honey. The palate is nuanced - giving more of the toffee, fresh berry, orange soda, soft oak, and vanilla from the Carl T. mashbill and then sweetening it up just a bit with a rounded honey linger. The finish is dense and sweet, but still has plenty of caramel, red fruit, and much more oak lingering on than the initial palate let to believe.
