"Seelbach's 3"  Age: 6-years Proof: 122.4 Bottle count: 195 bottles Mash bill: 60/36/4 Corn/Rye/Malted Barley Tasting Notes: The nose is rich, ripe cherries, fudge brownie mix, dehydrated apricot, burnt sugar, caramel popcorn, toasted marshmallow and corn bread with cinnamon butter. If barrel #2 was spice, this is soft and sweet. The palate is sweet tea with raspberries. New leather, light roast coffee, cinnamon bark, light waves of cardamom, lemon peel, toasted raw sugar, and chocolate pudding on the back palate.  The finish is soft but develops nicely with some berry, cinnamon, herbal and baking spices.
