Limit 1 bottle per person Barrel# 822 Age: 11-years and 6 months, Distilled in IN and French oak staved Proof: 143.37 proof Tasting Notes: The nose is dense and potent.  Concentrated citrus peel, nuanced baking spices, toasted vanilla and balanced oak. Water expands the notes a bit, adding a touch more elegant leather, tobacco and oak. The palate continues with the concentrated flavors. Heavy cherry, strong lemon peel, a bit of lime, lots of peppery, clove, and allspice with a bit of dark chocolate and oak finishing. A touch of water brings up more sugary citrus note and more damp tobacco and oak on the palate. A bit of anise stands out more while the other spices get a bit more balanced. The finish is looooong. Toasted vanilla, torched citrus, heavy luxardo syrup, and heavy leather.
