The benefits of this liturgy are:It helps to pacify disrespecting, holding wrong views, offending, displeasing spiritualmasters and Buddhas, and the breakage of precepts. It also helps to purify theatmosphere, to remove obscurations and impurities, to increase merits, to pacify theharms of the four natural calamities, and to avert sickness and pandemics. In short, ithelps in pacifying tragedies and obstacles, in increasing auspiciousness, luck andblessing, and to attain all wishes spontaneously.
