You can use this for rent control to have your renters drop their rent checks monthly. Or it can be used at a car rental or car repair shop to drop keys after hours. There are many uses for this drop box. It can be installed on a wall or on a desktop. The SDL-400K is secured with a tubular-style key lock with a Double "D" configuration (which can be retrofitted with other cam locks). Other features include a piano style hinge, metal baffle to protect the slot, pre-drilled mounting holes on the back to secure the safe (mounting hardware is included for wood or concrete), reinforced door and more.
