Seal Over™ Oil Spot Primer is a ready to use formula of oil spot treatment for the adhesion of sealers over pavement that has been stained with oil or related petrochemicals.  This ready to use version of Oil Spot Primer can be used to promote the adhesion of both refined tar sealers and asphalt based seal.  Good for preparing your sealing applications on all asphaltic surfaces. Ready to use oil spot primer Used to treat oil, grease and gas spots Promotes adhesion to the existing surface Works for all asphalt seal types Brush, roll, or spray on following clean up SURFACE PREPARATION:   Surface must be clean, dry and free of all dirt dust and debris.  Scrape or wire broom away excess buildup of oil, grease or petroleum residue prior to use.  Lightly burn off excess oil for improved bonding. APPLICATION:   Shake Ready to Use Seal Over Oil Spot Primer to mix.  Do not use until the temperature is 50°F and rising.  Apply with a stiff bristled poly construction brush in a scrubbing motion
