The HG series dryers are designed for all types of screen print inks and virtually any substrate. Its variable air speed controller and digital temperature and belt speed controllers provide total control over the dryer’s heat and cycle speed. With belt widths from 36 inches to 72 inches and oven lengths up to 20 feet, product throughput capacities of up to 500 pieces per hour is achievable making the Premier HG Gas dryer a perfect companion to either manual or automated printers. The removable panels give easy access to air filters minimizing maintenance time to limit overall downtime which eats into profits.
