Dr. Feickert Analogue Firebird Turntable

The idea for the Dr. Feickert Analogue Firebird Turntable is based upon their Woodpecker and Blackbird decks.  The ability to handle two 12-inch tonearms was critical as was simplifying the turntable setup and alignment procedures. The Dr. also focused on the visual perspective with evolutionary refinements regarding form factor, fit, finish, and presence. From a tonal standpoint, the Firebird represents the pinnacle of the DFA product line, as it is truly their new reference turntable! The mission of the Dr. Feickert Analogue Firebirdwas not to simply modify the electronics used in the Woodpecker and Blackbird – that would have been too simple. Instead, Feickert started from scratch with all new electronics.
