Nyåkers Pepparkakor Botanical Tin

Baked according to the original recipe from 1952. The spices are well balanced and the cookies have a nice crispness. Nyåker's gingerbread is baked the way it has always been made - at home in Västerbotten.  26.45oz tin. Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (shea, coconut, rapeseed), syrup, baking powder (E500), cloves, cinnamon, ginger, emulsifier (E471), salt, natural flavoring.  Made in Sweden.
