This oversized treasure-adorned scrunchy is made from materials found in Paharganj Bazaar in New Delhi, India. The block print fabric, sequins, and other little bits were all purchased from small shops in the bazaar. Each colorway is embellished by hand with its own special sparkles. 100% cotton fabric, varied embellishments such as cotton flowers, sequins, glass beads, metallic embroidered pieces.
