Work Out 14 Times: Attend classes at Sasquatch Strength 14 times over the month (that's roughly 3 times a week) - if you're not a member, the challenge price includes a one month gym membership! Protein Intake: Eat and log your personalized protein intake daily, ensuring youβre fueling your body right. Daily Walks: Commit to a 10-minute walk each day to improve your overall health.
