Fig, Wild Child

"Wild Child" planted itself at The Growing Home around 2009. It’s a SARVODAYA EXCLUSIVE!! This strong, vigorous tree produces two crops (small early, larger late season) of medium to large fruit that ripen to a light green / yellow with a red center.  Fruit is very sweet, juicy, and delicious.  Fruit forms in cluster of about 5-6 at ends of branches, and along nodes along branches.  A great fruit for Southern California and exclusively available here at Sarvodaya Nursery.
