The Sargent 10XG15-3-LL Exit or Communicating function lockset has a Deadlocking latch, blank rose outside no lever, Latch by lever inside, an L Rose, a L Lever, a 2-3/4" Backset, a 4-7/8" Strike,  and is Grade 1 Heavy Duty.
