Choose to have no handles, one handle, or two handles on your cutting board. This is a fully functional cutting board and can be used to cut on, washed, and will not dull knives. Each cutting board comes oiled with multiple coats of food grade mineral oil.  NOT DISHWASHER SAFE Cutting Boards are only available in ambrosia maple wood. It varies greatly and can be very light with little variation or very dark with grain contrasts and wormholes.
