Aurora Borealis - 100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool / Fingering Weight Base

This lovely color is on our four ply, 100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool, Fingering Weight Base. There are approximately 435 yards of gorgeous yarn per skein. Merino is a brand of sheep whose wool has especially soft, long and fine fibers. These fibers are uniquely crimped to hold warmth while still remaining lightweight. Our Merino Fingering Weight base is uniquely soft to the touch. It is perfect for everything from shawls and blankets, to socks and mittens. This yarn will produce heirloom quality pieces. Our Aurora Borealis, on our Fingering Base, is a very similar shade to the rest of the Collection.  Each base we offer on this color way goes quite nicely with the others. We think you will enjoy working with this yarn very much!   ** Please note that the natural chlorophyll we use have used on this particular base, seems to transfer onto my forefingers somewhat, as I am balling this up.  This is quite normal with both acid dyes and natural dyes, in some colors.  The water did run clea
