Smooth Skin and Reduce Inflammation Great manual exfoliation, combining granular and acid exfoliation. Smooth the texture of your skin while also reducing cellular buildup and bacteria. Ideal to treat acneic, sensitive, oily skin.  Recommended Use A great way to exfoliate during your nighttime skincare ritual up to 1-2 times per week. Use your chosen cleanser to cleanse and dry your face. Squeeze a small amount into damp hands; work into face and neck. Allow polish to remain on your skin for up to 5 minutes. Add water and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then, use your toner, serum(s) and moisturizers. May use 2 times a week depending on skin type. If any irritation occurs, reduce usage of the polish.
