The rotisserie oven has (3) direct fire burners with individual regulators for full or slow fire rate control and it has a 36 - 42 chicken capacity. The unit rolls smoothly on (6) adjustable casters (2 locking). The AR-6G rotisserie oven is available as Natural Gas or Liquid Propane and it runs at 195,000 BTU. The unit has a 3/4" NPT gas connection. The oven also has electrical components and runs at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 6.0 Amps for 700 Watts and it has a NEMA 5-15P plug.
