You can purchase a heat gun to check the accuracy of your presses temp!  We highly recommend using a commercial press for this type of transfer as you can adjust the pressure required to adhering the design. Pressing Instructions: Temp 320 Degrees  Heavy Pressure 8-9 PSI Pre Press to remove any moisture from garment  Press for 12-15 seconds Allow for transfer to cool before peeling Press once more for optimum durability
