Our Diamond Head 2-piece custom, handcrafted carving set features a ZDP-189 Stainless Steel knife and fork. The knife has a stunning Damascus finish, full-tang construction, and excellent edge retention. The Diamond Head blade is hand-shaped and ground by a group of skilled Japanese craftsmen and is only available in limited quantities. Bolster Options Mozambique Ebony Both knife and fork have our signature, handmade Hawaiian koa handles. The set is available without a box, or you have your choice of a custom-crafted Hawaiian keepsake box, or presentation box. All craftsmanship is fully guaranteed.
