Soulfly - Live At Dynamo Open Air 1998
The Brazilian thrash metal band by frontman Max Cavalera has thrilled millions of audiences worldwide with their eclectic mix of Thrash, Nu Metal and Brazilian rhythm elements. In 1998, however, the band was just at the beginning of their careers and had their debut album 'Soulfly' fresh in their luggage when they performed at the Dynamo Festival - one of their first ever gigs ever. In their stunning set, the band of course played songs from the debut album, but also Sepultura classics like 'Beneath The Remains' or 'Roots Bloody Roots'. Special guests include Chino Moreno (Deftones) on one track and Benji Webbe (Skindred and Dub War) on two tracks. This live recording shows how powerfully Cavalera and his men performed in 1998, and thus their loyal fanbase have earned.1 Eye for An Eye2 No Hope = No Fear3 Spit4 Bleed5 Beneath the Remains/Dead Embryonic Cells6 Tribe7 Bumba8 Quilombo9 Prejudice10 Roots Bloody Roots11 Attitude12 The Song Remains Insane13 First Commandment
