Tasting Notes Apple Juice - This coffee is quite sweet! The natural process this coffee underwent results in a fruit-forward profile that encapsulates a nice juicy mouthfeel and sugary acidity. Black Tea - Along with the fruity and sweet notes, the complexity of this coffee also brings in more herbal and aromatic notes. The mouthfeel of the coffee is quite thin as well, giving a tea-like finish.  Sugar Cube - The sweetness is very dominant in the profile of this coffee and we felt it necessary to double down on this idea with some sugar cubes!
