Tasting Notes caramel - This coffee is incredibly smooth with a heavy emphasis on developed sugar. Caramel presents these two major traits in an easily understood way. However, we did notice a stonefruit sweetness as well. In fact, there was much debate on if this year’s coffee was more caramel or more stonefruit.
