TINGSHA

Also referred to as Tibetan prayer bells, tingsha consists of a pair of small metal cymbals held together by a leather string.  They produce a pleasant, melodious ringing on contact. They are typically used to begin and end a meditation or yoga session.  They can also be used as a diagnostic tool in sound healing sessions to denote dense energy around the physical and subtle body.   *Will not ship overseas at this time.
