Microscope Quick-Release Fastener (Lab Rail Anchorage - Max 50 Lbs.)

Keep your expensive and sensitive laboratory microscopes in place during an earthquake with the SAFE-T-PROOF™ Microscope Quick-Release Fastener (for use with the Lab Rail, sold separately).  A strap forms a lasso that wraps around the neck of the microscope which secures to the Lab Rail with a quick-release stainless steel snap hook. The slotted Lab Rail comes in a variety of lengths and is secured to the benchtop with an adhesive strip of 3M™ VHB™ Tape.  This holds a maximum weight of 50 lbs. The microscope is easily moved for use or cleaning and re-secured with the snap hook.
