It is a rugged airtight weather-resistant safe which has a built-in lock. It features Vaultek's precision-engineered safe technology and anti-impact latch design. The built-in lock allows you to secure the LifePod which adds extra security protection. It also has a backlit LCD capacitive keypad which is touch activated. You will be able to use a master code to get access to the contents of your safe.  Vaultek has designed special proprietary material for the LifePod. This material is lightweight but has superior strength for the best in security protection. The dual side compression latches are combined with an interior rubber gasket that seals off the interior from environmental factors including water and dust. The LifePod is water-resistant with an IP-65 environment rating, airtight, dustproof, and will float in water when loaded with up to 2
