It was created as a guide to integrating yoga practice with the 5 elements of traditional western and eastern esoteric teachings. Here we have stripped back the words to so as to appreciate the unique artwork. The words that remain are the names of the 5 elements and their associated qualities, plus the 10 traditional Yamas & Niyamas (observances and practices, disciplines to practice and virtues to cultivate on the yogic path). At the top, the chalice between the wings represents the eternal archetypal geometrical foundations of existence.
