It is your responsibility to ensure your plate carrier and plates meet the required 12 pounds for competition.   Crossfit Weights Men's standard- Available April 2024- 9.2 pounds each, When paired with the lightweight small SAPI carriers this kit equals 20 pounds. This variant is  11.75"x8.75". Ladies Standard-6.5 pounds each, When paired with the lightweight small SAPI carriers this kit equals 14 pounds.
