You will be guided through each course and wine pairing as you enjoy the scenery of the vineyard. This is an exclusive event you won't want to miss! Course 1 - Baby Greens w/Fresh Berries, Glazed Pecans, Blueberry Goat Cheese & Crab with Lemon & White Balsamic Vinaigrette Wine Pairing - Full Bloom - A fruit-forward expression of traditional French rosé, this wine has a nose of spring florals and honey and bursts with strawberry and white cherry flavors. Course 2 - Lettuce Wrap Duo - 1 Thai Chicken, 1 Crab and Shrimp, served with Ponzu and Thai Chili Dipping Sauces Wine Pairing - Vanishing Act - Characterized by a prominent citrus profile and invigorating grapefruit aromas, this light-bodied, dry white blend transitions seamlessly into a smooth finish with balanced acidity and bright character. Course 3 - Pan Seared Sesame Ahi Tuna with Fire Roasted Tomato Salsa with Nuoc Cham Vietnamese Dipping Sauce accompanied by Sautéed Green Beans Almondine Wine Pairing - Blanco - A taste of Maryland sunshine, this white blend opens with a fragrant honeysuckle nose, transitioning to a refreshing tartness of cantaloupe and peach, and ultimately leaving a smooth, elegant impression on the palate. Course 4 - Steak and Bay Blue Cheese Bruschetta with Onion and Roasted Grape Tomato Jam Wine Pairing - Roots - This red blend with its’ medium tannic structure, opens with robust earthy, musty, and oaky notes, transitioning to a palate of rich plum and smoky undertones, all culminating in a smooth, lingering finish. Course 5 - Jack Rabbit Red Poached Pears, Wine Reduction Sauce and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Wine Pairing - Jack Rabbit Red - This unique Concord and Rougeon blend presents a gentle sweetness, intertwined with dark berry nuances, and a crisp, tart grape finish.
