This tutu has two layers of full tulle ruffles to provide full coverage as well as a full and fluffy tutu for your little one's special day. Depending on the age of your child, 0-24 Months are baby onesies, while 1T-5T are puff short sleeve shirts with elastic on them for an easy and  comfy fit for your little one. Washing instructions: Hand-wash and dry. Your order will be shipped no later than 3 weeks from the day you order.
