BC004_English: Critical Incident Reporting (Pre-Planned Responses)

During a crisis situation a critical component of the success (or failure) of an organizational response is the ability for management teams to effectively communicate and share timely and accurate information; information sharing allows for knowledge led decision making. This leadership course on Critical Incident Reporting assists leaders, at all levels, in the process of sharing clear, unambiguous, accurate and timely information during the initial ‘Golden Hour’ of an event on a wide range of critical incidents; including thefts, fraud, road traffic accidents, workplace violence, kidnappings, assaults, robberies, disease outbreaks, information loss, terrorist attacks, facility fires, missing people, casualties, civil unrest, arrest and detentions, fatalities, CBRN incidents, investigations, and a wide range of natural hazards, from earthquakes to damaging storms.
