Winter Wanderland: Level 5 Adventuring during the winter holidays can be hard! The Giant Rats have migrated to warmer cellars. Roving bands of Orcs went to visit their families in far off forests. And the Owlbears are hibernating down deep in their warm, cozy caves. The quests, and therefore the treasure, have all but dried up for the season. And our heroes are left with only the equipment on their backs and one last round at the local tavern before their gold is all spent and they are left to fend for themselves on this cold Winter's night. But there is a flicker of hope! Rumor has it, there is a mystical Gnome with a bushy white beard wearing a fuzzy red coat who gives out quests to those brave enough to accept. Quests that pay in gold and jewels and forever change the lives of everyone involved! This cold and windy night might just be “the” night when your luck can change.
