Its king has not been seen in years, his will enforced only through emissaries and knights who speak in his name. Some believe he still watches, others whisper he is long dead. Law remains, but justice is fragile. Power-hungry lords tighten their grip, while outlaws and rebels rise against them. Among them, a lesser lord with a rightful claim seeks not the throne, but peace. He gathers warriors, rogues, and mystics—not nobles, but heroes with the will to act. But war is not the only threat. Northern marauders raid the border, orc warbands grow bold, and ancient monsters stalk the land. Villages burn, strongholds crumble, and fear spreads. The kingdom teeters on the edge of chaos, and no ruler—seen or unseen—has risen to stop it. Heroes are needed—not to rule, but to stand against the coming storm.
