A delicate masala chai made with green rooibos. This non-oxidized version of rooibos is a simple, delightful and equilibrated chai. Caffeine free. We like our chai in mugs (the 12 oz size). Our sizing and serving recommendations are based on this - 6g of tea (2-3 tsp depending on the blend) per 12 fluid ounces of liquid (6oz milk + 6oz water). You can use more or less, depending on your taste.
