GAPS OF UNDERSTANDING

The title is referring to moments we wrestle in prayer on the outcome of circumstance and yet rest in particular gaps in our lives that may never be understood.The mending process can happen in much the same way. We pull and stretch a scrap of fabric, pulling the fibers with all our strength, in hopes of patching up a noticeable hole with the only available scrap we have left. Only to find that what is patched, isnt how you thought it would be. Nevertheless, the hole has been sealed, and the garment able to be used again.The landscape here is full of these “scraps” that section off land owners properties, reveal changes in agricultural use of the land, and establish the very nature of this rugged and thriving countryside.
