Colombia Strawberry Fruit Fermentation

This is an anaerobic natural coffee with an added fruit fermentation step. You kind of have to want the (dried) strawberry thing in your coffee which isn’t a bad thing. I get a delicate strawberry and vanilla ice cream vibe without the funk from the just being an anaerobic natural side. Is this the worlds most funky coffee? No is this a pretty fun and different coffee from a producer testing the edges of what we can do with a coffee that is inherent to the natural/dry process taste profile and I dig it.    10oz
