Our new columbian series chess pieces are a design innovation from the traditional columbian knights with improved posture and better design symmetry from King to the Pawn. The set has been heavily weighted by infusing lead at the base to increase the stability and add ballast to the chessmen. Each piece is loving carved and turned by our master craftsmen with decades of experience carving these pieces.
