The goal for the Good Coffee Program is to provide market access to smallholders in more remote and lesser known regions of Mexico. Through a structure of fast, transparent payments with incentives based on quality – coupled with technical support, quick cupping feedback and direct connection with buyers, Crop to Cup has created an environment where smallholders are incentivized to participate in specialty export and have the opportunity to earn more for their harvest through quality practices.
