It is a good reader's copy and, considering it's more than 70 years of age, in fair condition. There is some weakness in the in the binding, especially between the half title and title pages, but the cover is clean, with only normal wear at the corners. Except for some age related foxing along the outer top, the pages are intact, clear and unmarked. The dust jacket is worn and torn at the corners and around the edges.
