Colichrome® MF ECC Plus - 1 Bottle

Compared to other current testing methods, Colichrome® MF ECC Plus offers rapid testing with incredibly clear and easy-to-read results. Not only is Colichrome® MF ECC Plus capable of detecting the presence of E. coli and Coliform, you can also determine the number of colonies. (NOTE: If the sample contains Aeromonas spp., they may give a similar appearance to the true coliform).  Colichrome® MF ECC Plus is similar to the standard Colichrome® MF ECC, except that Plus allows you to verify the presence of E. coli by looking at the bottom of the petri dish in a dark room with UV light. Under UV light, the E. coli will be surrounded by a bright blue-ish fluorescent and the coliforms will not.
