SMALL: 8 Assorted Confections MEDIUM: 15 Assorted Confections LARGE: 30 Assorted Confections OR 4 Large Bars + 12 Assorted Confections INGREDIENTS: Gianduja: Hazelnuts, cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter Caramelized White Chocolate: Single-origin cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, vanilla bean Single Origin Dark Chocolate: Cacao, sugar, cocoa butter Marzipan: Sugar, almonds, water, cacao, cocoa butter PROCESS:Our house-made confections and chocolate are made from scratch in our Portland café. To caramelize the white chocolate, we sous vide it for several hours, then temper and mold the chocolate by hand.
