I just Can't Bare It!!  Dare to bare you shoulders in the Can't Bare It Top in structured Ridged Cotton.  Change up your black top assortment and wear it the Rosie way.  This silhouette has an off the shoulder neckline with a drape across the decolleté.  Wear with the matching Full Pleated Skirt or the Cropped Piped Flare Pant. This style has a back invisible zipper and is fitted through the bust and torso with internal boning.  The fabric does not stretch, but Cotton always has a bit of give. Made in NYC with Italian fabric.
